Everyone will literally stop and stare when you enter wearing this skirt - it's that incredible! Full 360 degree circle skirt of rich black velvet adorned with hot pink felt roses and green vines and leaves in the front and on the sides. The back of the skirt is left black so you don't have to worry about sitting down and ruining the design - Genius! Has an extra wide velvet band at the waist with not much give, metal zipper up the back. Not lined, though it is made from the good heavy weight velvet. Shown with a crinoline for add fullness (not included).
